Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary due to small-batch production or seasonal demand.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.

Big Plant Theory is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please review your shipping information carefully at checkout. We are unable to change addresses once an order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on herbal products, including teas, oils, balms, and topical items, for safety and quality reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at bigplanttheory@yahoo.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Big Plant Theory is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, or for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Product Variations

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, and aroma may occur and are not considered defects.
